Welcome to TenForty LLC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the platform, software, and any associated services. Please read them carefully.
About Grecify: Grecify is a mobile application developed, owned, and operated by TenForty LLC. All user interactions with the Grecify app are subject to these same Terms and Conditions, and all legal obligations, data handling, and user rights remain governed by TenForty LLC policies.
1. Definitions
- “We,” “Our,” “Us” refers to TenForty LLC, its affiliates, and its authorized representatives.
- “Platform” refers to the website (https://www.tenforty.tax), mobile applications, and any related software or services offered by TenForty.
- “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing the Platform or using its services.
- “Grecify” refers to the TenForty LLC mobile application available on app stores; references to TenForty, the Platform, “we,” “our,” or “us” include Grecify unless stated otherwise.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to (a) these Terms and Conditions, (b) our Privacy Policy, and (c) any additional terms or policies specific to certain services that are presented for acceptance. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, discontinue using the Platform immediately. Your use of the Grecify app constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which govern Grecify as a product/service of TenForty LLC.
3. User Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- Not be located in embargoed or sanctioned countries (e.g., Cuba, Iran, North Korea).
- Not engage in prohibited activities outlined in these Terms.
4. Account Registration and Security
Account Creation
Users must provide an email address, password, and required details (name, address, phone number) to register.
Authentication
We utilize secure protocols, including OTP verification and HTTPS encryption, to safeguard accounts. Users must never share OTP codes. TenForty will never request your OTP via email, phone, or other channels. Sharing your OTP may compromise security, and TenForty will not be responsible for unauthorized activity resulting from such actions.
Responsibility for Account
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (email, password, OTP) and all activity under your account. TenForty is not liable for loss or damage arising from unauthorized access due to failure to secure credentials. Report suspected unauthorized access immediately to info@tenforty.tax.
5. Use of Services
Profile Management
Users can manage personal information (name, address, phone number, and other details) in the Profile section, and updates are handled securely through the Platform.
Uploading Receipts
- Upload digital receipts up to 10 MB; uploaded files are encrypted in transit and at rest.
- AI processing extracts vendor name, date, amount, and category to streamline record keeping; users may edit, delete, or verify extracted data.
Uploading Coupons
Coupons are securely stored, organized, and can be accessed or deleted by the user at any time.
Uploading Gift Cards
Gift cards are encrypted in transit and at rest, ensuring details remain protected and accessible only to the owner. Management tools allow viewing, organizing, or deleting stored cards.
Expense Insights
Visual tools (bar, pie, and line charts) highlight spending by category and over time, coupled with transaction breakdowns including vendor, description, amount, and category. Receipts and gift cards stay encrypted, and all data is securely stored for financial management.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Free Access for Now: TenForty currently offers platform features free of charge as an introductory offer.
Future Paid Plans: TenForty may introduce paid plans (subscriptions, tiered pricing, upgrades) at its discretion without requiring user permission. Continued use after pricing changes constitutes acceptance.
Subscription Terms
- Fees for one-time or recurring payments will be detailed at implementation.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
TenForty will provide notice of paid plans via the Platform or email. Users who disagree may discontinue use.
7. User Content
- Ownership: You retain ownership of receipts, coupons, gift cards, and other content you upload.
- License to Use Content: By uploading content, you grant TenForty a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and categorize it for operational purposes such as improving functionality, experience, and analytics.
- Prohibited Content: Do not upload harmful, illegal, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or rights-infringing content. TenForty may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without notice.
8. Data Security
- Encryption: All data, including personal details, receipts, coupons, and gift cards, is encrypted in transit and at rest using HTTPS, SSL, and other industry standards.
- Privacy: User-specific information is accessible only to the respective user. TenForty administrators are restricted from accessing encrypted content.
- Disclaimer: While we implement robust security, absolute protection cannot be guaranteed. Users should safeguard credentials and sensitive information.
9. Prohibited Activities
- Using the Platform for illegal purposes.
- Reverse-engineering or decompiling software components.
- Sharing login credentials or OTP codes.
- Uploading malicious or harmful content.
10. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, software, and materials are owned by TenForty or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. A non-exclusive, revocable license is granted for personal, non-commercial access and use.
11. Third-Party Integrations
TenForty utilizes third-party services to enhance user experience and functionality, and may update, modify, or discontinue these integrations at its discretion without user permission. TenForty is not responsible for inaccuracies, errors, or issues stemming from third-party services, and users should verify information provided by such partners.
12. Changes to Services
TenForty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or within the Platform.
13. Termination
Termination by Users: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting info@tenforty.tax.
Termination by TenForty: We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations, unlawful activities, or actions harmful to the Platform or its users.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, access to the account and stored data ends. TenForty is not obligated to provide copies of user data, and is not liable for damages, losses, or claims related to termination. Users waive rights to initiate legal proceedings over account suspension or termination.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TenForty LLC is not liable for indirect damages (including data or revenue loss), issues arising from user negligence (such as unsecured credentials), or errors caused by third-party services. TenForty owes no compensation, refunds, or damages of any kind, regardless of legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Users waive all claims against TenForty LLC to the maximum extent allowed by law.
15. Dispute Resolution
- Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Lathrop, California.
- Class Action Waiver: Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against TenForty.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes related to Platform use are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Users agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of California courts for the resolution of legal matters.
